This course is to you who are scared of flying and feel more than just uncomfortable about it.

This course is for you who get scared when you are going on a flight trip. Maybe you react by getting sweaty hands, maybe you experience a knot in the stomach, or in the trout. Maybe your breathing is a bit superficial or maybe you hyperventilate. This course is to you who wish to know more about how you can support and calm yourself down by understanding and knowing more about the techniques and what happens on and around a flight trip.
